Any suggestions for buying healthy, yet cheap groceries???
Thanks!
Hi Marisa! I love to buy eggs, beans, lentils, and chicken in bulk (those are good ways to save money!) I also like to make a meal plan every week, so I know which ingredients I’ll need at the store so I base my grocery list off of the meal plan to help save money. My roommate and I share groceries, which is nice because I get to split the cost with her. I would suggest if you are buying groceries by yourself to have 1 or 2 different meals per week and then use up your leftovers in fun and creative ways! for example, one night you could have turkey burgers with sweet potato fries, the next night you could have a couple fried eggs with leftover sweet potatoes, and for lunch you can use leftover turkey burgers for a nice salad!
Thanks so much for your great advice:)
