so a margarita isn’t a food but it probably should be..??..This marg yesterday was actually pretty disappointing so I didn’t really end up drinking it (it tasted like they put salt IN the marg..gross..) but at least the picture is pretty.
Thanks to downloading the new IOS7 software on zee IPhone. Have you downloaded it yet?! Everything is so different it makes me feel like i have a brand new phone!
Monday: Calorie Killer
- I killed about 550 cal’s in the hour class. it felt like i should of burned 1000 and been pulled out of the gym on a stretcher..
Tuesday: 15 minutes elliptical + 15 minutes upper body + bootcamp class
Wednesday: Buts and Guts class
Thursday: 2.5 mile run + bootcamp class
- in bootcamp (the fitness class I take for credit at school) this week..she made us do a “deck of cards” work out..which honestly..wasn’t even that challenging..except for the fact that for some reason we did the whole work out in SILENCE. no music playing. it was actually so miserable and put me in the worst mood ever. Which was annoying..because normally working out puts me in a good mood. But the whole class was clearly distraught by the fact that we had to work out in silence so I’m thinking that won’t have to happen again.
Friday: 20 minutes elliptical + 30 minute synergy circuit class
Sunday: 3-4 mile run?? We’ll see
I’m headed to Philadelphia later today for the weekend to visit my best friend Molly! i’ll definitely be sharing some good weekend snapshots later on Sunday!
