Food and Fitness Friday 6/28

good morning!

half a tuna sandwich with smashed avocado. I made more of this tuna salad



margarita pitcher for Sam’s 21st birthday. I know a margarita isan’t a food but uh…it was awesome


guac made at the table and destroyed shortly after.


roasted vegetables and sweet potatoes I’ve been snacking on.


I made the best turkey chili last night. I didn’t take any pictures besides this one so next time I make it I will share!


nothing really to report on. I’ve been going to my training gym 3-4 times a week. The other day I swam 60 laps in my pool though!

I’ve decided I need to take advantage of swimming more!


the weather is so gross here this weekend so I’m not sure what I’m going to do. I’ve discovered the wonders of netflix so I have a feeling I’ll be watching a lot of TV/movies
