It’s so simple but so good. Egg white oats with peanut butter. 1/3 cup oats, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 packet truvia, 1/2 sliced banana, 2/3 cup water. Microwaved for 2 minutes. Then I add in 3 tbsp liquid egg whites and microwave for another 1.3 minutes. Topped with a BIG scoop of peanut butter
Jiff peanut butter gets SO melty..As I’m writing this post all I want is some oatmeal with peanut butter…story of my life

I made myself a wrap with chicken, hummus, avocado, spinach, goat cheese, and a couple sundried tomatoes. With some grapes and sweet potato chips on the side. Hit the spot I was so hungry!
Buffalo Chicken Cauliflower Crust Pizza! I’m obsessed with all things buffalo so I was in love with this meal. I used this recipe for the crust and just tossed some shredded rotisserie chicken with franks buffalo sauce and topped the pizza with some mozzarella cheese. YUM.
My obsession lately. Cereal mug. Trader joes oatmeal flakes + a little special k chocolate and strawberry with almond milk. Its even better with chocolate almond milk but we’re all out
