good afternoon!
happy thursday to everyone in the USA but its TGIF for me! WAHOO. No class tomorrow = beach on beach on beach
Last night for dinner we found a local organic cafe in Manly to pick up a light dinner from
The cafe had so many delicious looking options for breakfast and lunch, but they only serve those items until 3pm. So we got to pick from their deli counter assortment of delicious looking salads for dinner
my friend Nikki and I shared a chickpea salad, roasted vegetable salad, and I got a lentil vegetable burger. Everything was SO good! I need to re-create the lentil burger and chickpea salad when I get home
we’ve decided that we’re definitely going to make at least one trip back to the cafe before we leave Australia!

So Pinterest work outs have been a life saver for me while on this vacation because there are so many work outs I can do that don’t require any equipment. Here are some of the work outs I’ve completed since i’ve been here
I did the countdown circuit this morning. Instead of the jump rope I did burpees, which are always killer.

I like work outs that are quick yet effective because sometimes quick work outs are all I have time for (especially on this trip) It makes me feel good to do at least something to keep up my fitness stamina while I’m traveling.
Tonight we’re going as a group to a Greek restaurant in Syndey. Theres going to be good food, breaking plates, and dancing. I can’t wait to share the experience with you all!
Happy Thursday everyone!

Yes, you definitely need to recreate the veggie lentil burgers and post the recipe here so that I can try it
. It sounds delicious!

Will do!!
I have not done a workout from Pinterest (yet) so I have no opinion of them.
I’m glad you’re finding new foods on your travels that you want to recreate once you’re back in the USA. I love reading about your creations in the kitchen.
