you all know I am not the biggest fan of Halloween, but I love an excuse to eat candy so I guess I don’t entirely dislike Halloween
since I’ve had the past 5 days off of school because of Hurricane Sandy (which somehow Delaware wasn’t really affected by? ) I am surprised I even remembered it was Tuesday yesterday
my mind and time has been dedicated to watching Homeland..I’m am beyond obsessed. Me and my friends watched the whole first season and caught up with the second in only 2 days! I don’t even want to know how many hours we were all glued to the couch for..but in fairness to us what else is there to do during a hurricane?!
I had a light breakfast yesterday because I was still pretty full from Monday night’s birthday cake and goldfish..
just a banana heated up in the microwave with a little peanut butter and pumpkin butter. topped with the last bit of trader joes pumpkin greek yogurt
since we have all been total bumps on a log for a few days a couple of my friends and I decided it would be a good idea to get in a work out
since my friend Lindsay is a body pump instructor we did release 82 body pump in her apartment with free weights instead of the body pump bar..I definitely still felt the burn!

my friends have been making fun of me for how much indian food I’ve consumed in the past 5 days but I think they’re just jealous of all the yumminess
while watching Homeland yesterday I snacked on some goldfish
of course I’m so lazy and didn’t take a picture of the cup I actually consumed, but I had about a serving’s worth. maybe a litttttle bit more:) I honestly wish I was 3 years old again so I could eat goldfish for every meal and it be acceptable.
I made a big batch of roasted sweet potatoes, roasted butternut squash, and hard boiled eggs..thinking we would loose power for a week like expected and need food to eat. But no power loss, so now we just have a lot of random food to eat! anyone want to come over for some pb + j sandwiches? or some snack foods..cause we got them!
we went to the store yesterday to pick up some more food (like more vegetables and perishable items) that we didn’t buy last time we went in fear we would loose power and they would go bad
so for dinner last night I had a trader joes chicken lime burger, sweet potatoes, and butternut squash. Topped with some sriracha (which I’ve turned all my friends onto!) and barbecue sauce
omgeee guys I freaked out when I saw this in the supermarket yesterday
DREAM COME TRUE OR WHAT?!
I could not WAIT to try this after dinner. I had high expectations for it and they were definitely met! it is SO good..if you find this in your local store you must must try it! and bonus is that its only 90 calories per serving..score!
I had a small bowl with a spoonful of pumpkin butter and a few chocolate chips
best dessert ever.
I also had a couple more handfuls of goldfish..ugh so bad yet so good

I’m taking today to finally start doing some school work..since I now have to wait until Sunday to watch a new episode of Homeland!
