Blog’s First Birthday! Wild Harvest Giveaway!

by admin on September 17, 2012

good morning!

I’ll have to make this post short and sweet cause i have an exam to study for tomorrow..eeeeek

I wanted to let you all know that I’ve now been official blogging for 1 year!

Happy birthday to my blog!

here’s my first post but it doesn’t have pictures because I didn’t know you could expand your memory on WordPress photos #newbloggerFAIL

I originally started this blog because my roommates encouraged me to start it so I could document all of the recipes I made throughout the year

I have been reading blogs for a little over two years now and have a LONG list of blogs I love to read but I was always scared about starting my own

i’m so happy I took the leap and started my own blog because I have learned so much throughout the past year and have been able to document all of it

blogging was really challenging at first, and I’m still learning a lot of the do’s and don’ts but I feel as though I have learned so much from blogging and met so many friends, that i can’t wait to see what the next year of blogging brings for me!

if there is anything you would like to see more of, whether it be more daily eats, work outs, recipes, etc..please let me know as I would love to get all of your suggestions on ways to improve my blog!

but now onto the exciting part..my FIRST GIVEAWAY

The lovely folks at Wild Harvest contacted me and asked if I would like to do a giveaway to my readers

I was able to try all of these Wild Harvest products before the Healthy Living Summit and I absolutely loved all of them!

I just started reading your blog and I love it–I’m also a college student so all of your tips about food prep, etc have been really helpful (used your roasted veggies recipe last week–so so good and so easy!)

I literally eat salsa every single day (most of my food is a vehicle for salsa), but I’ve never had Peach Mango Salsa. But I would also love to try the Cherry vanilla granola on top of greek yogurt, so it’s a tie between those two!

xoxo, Emily
