WIAW..or tuesday

hello friends!

so for lack of a better title for today’s post happy wiaw!..or tuesday..original right? sorry my brain currently isan’t working at the moment

Breakfast

Pb & J overnight oats..these are SO good! I love how the chia seeds get nice and plump after soaking overnight

Lunch

After I took core conditioning at the gym (holy cow by the way! my abs are going to be sore for DAYS) I went to NDB (bagel place..da bomb.com) for a bagel sandwich!

At NDB yesterday 50% of the proceeds were going to the B+ foundation which is a non-profit organization that raises money to prevent childhood cancer. I got a whole wheat everything bagel scooped out (the best way to order a bagel!) and toasted with pepper turkey, honey mustard, lettuce and tomato

Snack

I thought my bagel sandwich would keep me full for a while..but nope…it only kept me full for a few hours. So I turned to my favorite snack of choice..Chobani:)

The mango flavor is really yummy!

Dinner

Spaghetti squash with roasted onions and broccoli, chicken sausage, marinara sauce, and goat cheese. THIS WAS SO GOOD.

Dessert

Soooo I haven’t officially given up on the “no chocolate or candy rule for a month” I’ve decided to stop associating it with lent because I’m really just not religious at all..but basically I’m not doing so good..but hey at least I’m not eating chocolate and candy every day anymore right?

Basically I made my big in my sorority some Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Dough Balls to cheer her up and of course I had to have one myself just to make sure they were edible:)

WHY are these so good..why?
