Hi!!
So I am SO happy to announce that I am a new fitfluential ambassador!
In case you don’t know, fitfluential is a team of amazing fitness gurus and bloggers from all around the country that work with inspiring people to become a more fit and healthier individual! While I am definitely not a fitness expert, I love to work out and believe that being fit is SUCH an important part of a healthy lifestyle!! So I am SO excited to be apart of the team!
And speaking of being fit, yesterday’s work out kicked my booty and was SO fun!
I found this work out on pinterest..(obviously:) ) and decided to give it a go yesterday! Tabata intervals are 20 seconds on, 10 off, I repeated each Tabata set 2 times before moving onto the next one
I was a sweaty mess after just 25 minutes! High intensity circuit work outs are definitely my favorite type of work out to do..short and sweet and definitely challenging!

Dinner
Last night for dinner I made myself a omelet..and it was BEAUTIFUL
I think I am definitely starting to get the hang of omelet making! Inside this masterpiece went about 1 cup of sauteed spinach, peppers, and onions, and some shredded mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper
I think the trick to cooking omelets is to make sure you cook them over med-low heat..I don’t know how the omelet station people do it so quickly! But the low and slow method has been working for me!
I also roasted a sweet potato at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes. this dinner was AMAZING
Also I announced that I gave up chocolate for lent..and I was doing SO well until last night when I cheated a little by finishing off the pretzel m&m’s…but hey it was 1am and sometimes these things just happen..
so its a good thing I’m not religious and am just giving up chocolate/candy for more personal purposes..being that I need to tame my out-of-control sweet tooth! So even with last nights slip up, there will still be no chocolate or candy consumed in the near future
Time to go study for my stat exam tomorrow morning WOO HOO…
I hope everyone has a great day!

Question for ya!: What are your favorite omelet fillings?
Cheese is a must! Goat cheese or mozzarella cheese and I love as many veggies as possible!

Cheese and caramelized onions are sooo good in them. I remember when I was little and didn’t like eggs, I would order omelets just to pick out the cheese and onions to eat them for breakfast. Haha, I was an odd child, but now I LOVE eggs and eat them just about every day. Congrats on becoming fitfluential!
