National Peanut Butter Day Cookies

Happy National Peanut Butter Day!

Here’s how I celebrated..

I put some peanut butter in my smoothie

I ate a rice cake with peanut butter

And I just made these cookies..

7 ingredient Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yields 14 cookies

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup domino sugar baking blend (or 1 cup granulated sugar)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Beat together the sugar and peanut butter until smooth. Add in the egg and vanilla extra and mix to incorporate. Stir in the chocolate chips, oats, and baking soda with a wooden spoon. Place 1 inch balls on the cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

I made these in about 3 minutes

And then ate 2 of them straight out of the oven in about 2 seconds..

I’ll never learn.

I’m giving these all away..they’re dangerous

Peanut Butter is awesome

the end.

I’m like kind of sad that I’m JUST now realizing it’s national peanut butter day. Thank goodness I had my daily does of peanut butter!

In case for whatever reason you were wary about making these… DO IT. I tried one and had a food-gasm pretty much
