A day in New Jersey

Hi!!

So yesterday I drove down to Molly’s house (the roommate) in New Jersey and spent the day with her and her family..hence the no posting:)

I got to her house around 1 and then a little while later we went out to lunch at this awesome build-your-own salad place!

There were SO many different toppings to choose from..we definitely need one of these types of restaurants in my college town!

I got a salad with a bunch of different toppings: cucumber, grapes, chicken, goat cheese, red pepper, broccoli, scallions,avocado, and peas all chopped up and served with balsamic dressing

the salad was HUGE..I could only eat about half of it, but it was so fresh and delicious!

The rest of the day Molly and I just hung out and she introduced me to Temple Run

This is definitely the most addicting Iphone game yet..

For dinner last night Molly’s mom made a delicious scallop dish, and I made some fried rice to go with it!

I love scallops..and these were cooked to perfection!

I just arrived at school and unpacked..and now I’m trying to decide what I want for lunch and when I’m going to complete my bodyrock work out today..we shall see
