Good Morning!
I’m in a particularly good mood this morning because I checked my final grades for the semester and it’s not my best but I APPROVE. Things could have DEF been worse..like having to take a class over again..that would NOT have been so fun..so YAY
now onto my favorite thing ever..CHRISTMAS COOKIES
Here is a line-up of the cookies I plan on making this year!
Peanut Butter Blossoms
These are my all-time favorite..I made a batch while I was at school..they were demolished in like..2 days. And Iowa Girl Eats made a version with COOKIE BUTTER! ahhhh
Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Found while pin-ing of course! I am thinking of using this recipe..simple, yummy, chewy, delicious

Using this recipe..I love the powder sugar, melt-in-your-mouth effect of these cookies..YUM

Coconut Macoroons!
I plan on dipping these babies in chocolate..YUM..I’m not sure what recipe I’m going to use yet..but they will be DELISH. I use to not like coconut..but now I do..especially in the form of coconut m&m’s
I’m thinking this is a pretty good assortment!
I made cut-out sugar cookies every year..but you know what? I’m kind of sick of them..and they don’t even taste that good..and I’m the worst cookie decorator ever sooo I’m thinking of skipping them this year
But I mean..we’ll see
I plan on baking a couple batches today and freezing them..possibly the ginger cookies and chocolate crinkles?
Time to go figure out what I want for breakfast and then un-pack possibly? ..ya I still have yet to do that..

Definitey going to have to try to make them soon! I’m not a good cookie decorator either, but I’ll probably still make some anyways!

I like decorating cookies but I agree that they taste gross. Last year I made coconut macaroons and they were absolutely amazing. This year I’m making peanut butter cookies and ginger cookies. Also probably some rice krispies

Oooh those crinkle cookies look delish! I love decorating sugar cookies, but I don’t really like eating them haha
