So tuesday’s eats were kind of a fail..and by that I mean I consumed enough sugar to last me the next 2 months
What happened to detoxing after thanksgiving? Sonny’s birthday happened..thats what!
I started off my morning with a Peanut Butter Banana Bread Breakfast Cookie!
it tasted a lot better than it looks I promise! I combined 1/3 cup oats, 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1/2 mashed overly ripe banana, and a splash of almond milk , placed in the fridge overnight and devoured in the morning!
My lunch was broken up into 2 parts
I inhaled a rice cake (not pictured) and cheese string when I got back from class
After a grocery trip run, I split an orange with molly
And a little while later I had some mediterranean quinoa salad over some baby spinach leaves
I’ll post this recipe later today!
And then the sugar coma began..I had one to many licks of cake batter and frosting..eeek
For dinner I kept it light with a bowl of lentil soup (recipe coming soon!)
This also taste a lot better then it looks!
I need to focus on veggie loading these next couple of weeks before more holiday indulgences come around
Oh and look what I found at the grocery store!
SO GOOD! I am obsessed with buffalo anything (especially buffalo chicken dip, that stuff is DEADLY)
