Good morning! Happy what I ate wednesday!
Yesterday was the first morning since I’ve been home that I woke up and was craving oats
Probably because I knew of an empty pb jar hiding in the cabinent:)
I cooked 1/4 cup oats with 2/4 cup water, 1/2 sliced banana, 1 packet stevia, and some cinnamon. I microwaved them for a minute and then poured them in the empty jar
I topped the oats with some trader joes pumpkin granola..deeelishh
After breakfast, I drove to Newport, Rhode Island to pick up my Nanny!
She lives in an old farm house on a vineyard, and growing up we use to love to drive the golf cart they own around. Maybe that’s why I’m such a good driver! (at least I consider myself a good driver)
We go here for christmas every year! ps christmas is SO SOON! I’ve already been jamming out to christmas tunes don’t you worry..Mainly the Glee christmas cd
For lunch we went to a cute little coffee shop/cafe. I ordered a delicious panini with portobello mushrooms, goat cheese, sundried tomatoes, and pesto
It was so creamy and gooey and delicious. I can’t remember the last time I ordered a panini anywhere
A few hours later I snacked on a couple carrots and trader joes 3 layer hummus
The three layer hummus is amazing!
After my snack I took this monster for a 3 mile run around the neighborhood
Correction..Duke took me for a run..except somehow on all the hills he decided to just trot along..he made the run extra speedy though, we finished in 25 minutes!
For dinner we got take out indian food GAHHH ;ALKSDFJ..literally my favorite
Indian food really isan’t photogenic, but it taste 5 million bagillion times better then it looks I promise. We got Dal (black lentils) Chicken Tikka Masala, a spicy rice dish, Channa Masala (curried chickpeas), Palak Paneer (spinach with homemade cheese), and potato Naan bread
Don’t let this LARGE plate fool you, I definitely helped myself to another small portion, and then I had an indian food baby..but it was so worth it
Thanksgiving is tomorrow! I’m so excited! Today I’ll probably make the pumpkin pie and probably help my mom with a few other dishes
What’s the best thing you’ve eaten recently?

Indian food is the best! I feel like I haven’t had it in forever- which is a shame, because there are a lot of great Indian food places around me!

And I’m addicted to Trader Joes’ hummus! I haven’t tried the 3-layer yet though. I need to!
