Puppy Play date!

Look who came over to play today!

This is Charlie! My friend Kerrie came over today, and brought along her dog ~~so I could steal him~~ to play with Lucy!

It took Lucy a little while to warm up to Charlie, (she’s a little bit territorial), but I told her to stop being fresh and she listened:)

For lunch today, I made myself a delicious grilled chicken salad

I chopped up some carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, and avocado on top of greens with some goat cheese, chopped almonds, and balsamic vinegar for dressing. deeelishh. I couldn’t finish the whole thing I got so full!

I ate lunch right before Kerrie and Charlie got to my house, and then Kerrie and I made some Peanut Butter Dough Balls while the doggies played..I’m not sure why I forgot to snap a picture of them..woopsies..clearly I was too distracted by this cutie

After Kerrie and Charlie left, I cooked my mom a delicious pasta dinner

I made a pasta primavera with fresh papardelle pasta that my mom picked up from the farmers market the other day. I’ll post the recipe soon!

And for dessert..

A dark chocolate caramel with sea salt. OH. MY. GOODNESS. we picked these up from the cheese shop today, and they are pretty much the best thing I’ve ever tasted
