Busy Day!

by Chelcie on November 8, 2011

Ever have those mornings where you don’t want to get out of bed because of EVERYTHING you have to do that day? Well ya today was one of those days..But you know what helped to get me RIGHT out of bed..

Classic overnight oats with pumpkin granola on top and some maple syrup. literally the best breakfast in the entire world. I wish I had an abundance of empty nut butter jars..

But then again at the store today I bought a jar of this, so I should have an another empty one within..umm a couple days

So after I took my time enjoying my breakfast and reading blogs, I went to barns and noble to study for my Econ exam tomorrow (GAHH FREAKING OUT ABOUT IT) for like..3 hours.

Then I went grocery shopping

Then I had a voice lesson!!! It was pretty awesome, I haven’t actually sang since high school, so I was nervous but it went well!

Then I went to calorie killer at the gym

Then I came home and made Vegetarian Butternut Squash Jumbalaya following this recipe

SO YUMMY

I had this bowl x 2 ..Now its time to go study for Econ more until I drive myself insane!

I hope everyone had a great day!

Sounds like you had a productive day. I love days like that! I have a super early class tomorrow and I think I might just be inspired to make some overnight oats… =)

When I have a busy day I ALWAYS dread getting up the next morning! Luckily these next couple of days I don’t have anything planned so I am basking in the idea of having nothing to do :)

Ah, that peanut butter is WAY too good. Yeah, it didn’t last long around me :)
