Today was probably the most productive day I’ve had in a while
I made notecards for Womens Studies (bleh) and Geography (double bleh)
I went to the bank..then bought a Pumpkin Spice Latte from starbucks. YUM but for $4.50?! ew.
I made my moms recipe for Chicken Noodle Soup!
It definitely tastes better when my mom makes it..but it was delicious nonetheless
Here is the recipe, copied directly from my momasitaa
Mom’s Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts 1 large box chicken stock 4 carrots 4 stalks celery 2 cups diced butternut squash i large onion 3 bay leaves 1 tsp pepper 1 tbsp salt 6 parsley sprigs enough water to cover all ingredients

I went to hand in a rental application for an apartment I’m hopefully living in next year!! fingers crossed!
I went to Calorie Killer class. and yup..it killed me. The whole time I felt like I wanted to die..but afterwards felt awesome
Then I came home and just made this recipe from Mama Pea
Thai Fried Quinoa!
Seriously one of my favorite Mama Pea recipes..and thats saying a lot because she is actually a genius
Topped with honey roasted peanuts, cherry tomatoes, and siracha
For dessert I’m thinking a piece of the halloween candy that magically made its way into the grocery cart last night..I’m also watching a program on food network all about halloween candy..NOT helping.
