WIAW time..except lets pretend its what I ate yesterday..
Breakfast: Pumpkin pie Oats!
In the mix, 1/3 cup pumpkin, 1/3 cup oats, 2/3 cup water, 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, topped with granola, raisins, coconut, mighty maple pb!!!, and maple syrup. YUMMMM. I’m definitely not as obsessed with pumpkin as everyone else is..but these were pretty darn good
Lunch..something other than a salad beast!
A turkey rap with hummus, goat cheese, spinach, and tomato with some baby carrots and more hummus, and red grapes (Red grapes are SO good right now! nomm)…I should mention I ate another handful of red grapes besides the ones pictured on the plate
Some of these were eaten..and if you wanna know precise amount throughout the day..6

But don’t worry because I got the best text I could have ever received after this..
“Are we still getting fro-yo”.
Its actually embarassing how excited I get over fro-yo trips
I didn’t snap a pic because I haven’t figured out how to do the “awkward I’m taking a picture of my photo in public” pictures yet..but I will soon!
I only got a little bit so I didn’t feel sick during dance, in my fro yo mix: chocolate, banana, snicker doodle, topped with some peanut butter chips, dark chocolate chips, fresh raspberries, and sprinkles:) YUM
The delicious concoction was followed by an hour and a half of HIp HOP dancinnnn
A little too many sweets were consumed today..but I’m okay with that:).
