Happy Monday Everyone!
This weekend was a LOT of fun, but I can’t help but feel guilty about going a little overboard on the alcohol consumption and late night snacking. I am striving to find a balance between going out and having fun while still maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I’m not going to pretend like I have figured this out AT all yet because I definitely haven’t. I realize I am really hard on myself and beat myself up for eating too much one night, and then try to make up for it by not eating a lot the next day. I am trying to work on not being so hard on myself, but it is definitely a work in progress.

For breakfast this morning I made a breakfast cookie using this recipe It was good but I think I still prefer my regular overnight oats better!
This post was my little break from studying. And since I have not one but TWO exams tomorrow I should probably get back to it.
I’m planning on going to Cardio Killer again at the gym and then I’m going to make jumbalaya for dinner! I’ll post the recipe later if it turns out good!
